Kitchen Tools: The Little Green Leaf

This is one of my favorite kitchen tools! It’s for de-stemming leafy greens and herbs. The little green leaf has a side for leafy greens and a side for herbs with various widths for each. We eat a lot of greens at our house and de-stemming kale, chard, thyme and cilantro can become time consuming and tedious; this little tool is a big help. You just place your green/herb in the appropriate hole width and pull it through! Even my kids get involved! My littlest can get in the kitchen and use this tool to “help” me with the veggies and I don’t have to stand over him because there isn’t a blade to worry about.
