The Orange Smoothie
Updated: Nov 19, 2020
My daily quest to provide my kids with as many fruits and veggies as I can, begins at breakfast. The smoothie is an easy way to consume a lot of fruits and vegetables in a more easily digestible and absorbable form. Making smoothies different colors keeps the routine of smoothie drinking a little more exciting for my family. My kids always ask, “What color of smoothie today?" And it’s a fun challenge for me to come up with fruits and veggies that will taste good together and maintain a nice color. I hope you enjoy The Orange Smoothie as much as we do!
